What day do you deliver?

We deliver the same day if your order is placed before 2 PM. If it's placed after, we recommend reaching out for an estimated delivery time.

What happens to my order when you attempt delivery and the recipient is not at home?

Before you place an order, we’ll ask if it’s okay to leave it at the door. If it’s a business, we’ll make sure to deliver during business hours. If delivery was not completed, recipient will be contacted and delivery retried upon request.

Can I add a note or special message to my order?

Yes! You can add a special message upon request—we also offer custom note cards for an elevated look. Want to go the extra mile? Add-ons like themed balloons and chocolate-dipped strawberries are available too!

Do you create custom flower arrangements?
